What comes up for you when I mention the pineal gland?

Yup, if you're thinking of that tiny pinecone shaped organ buried deep in the brain, that's a great starting point.

Most people know it as the regulator of melatonin and sleep but I first learned about it through spiritual teachers who spoke of it as the third eye, tied to intuition and inner vision. How intriguing, right?

Later, I began hearing from health practitioners outside the mainstream narrative. They talked about how our outer environment with its endless burdens - fluoride in the water, poisoned food, chemical exposure and wireless technologies now saturating our skies - can contribute to "calcification" of the pineal gland. Over time, that buildup can block not only our biological rhythms but also our clarity, intuition and inner knowing.

Whoa, literally mind blowing!

It’s not lost on me that a population kept exhausted and disconnected is easier to manage (and more profitable!) than a population that feels healthy and empowered. We’re encouraged to believe that we're weak and need constant quick fixes, rather than recognizing our innate capacity to heal and thrive.

This simple realization changed how I live.

If my body is burdened by toxins, stress, nonstop digital noise and invisible harmful waves, how can I expect to feel powerful or guided from within?

For me, tending to the pineal gland isn’t just about biology or even spirituality - it’s about sovereignty. It’s about refusing the narrative that we are powerless and programmable.

The path to reclaiming our inner sight is not about a single supplement or biohack; it's about steadily purifying our systems and remembering our inherent strength as human beings.

As Gregg Braden and others have emphasized, we are not fragile machines meant to endure a hostile "sick care" system but rather, extraordinary divine beings with untapped potential.

And to further solidify this concept, the planets of Saturn and Neptune will soon settle into Aries in February of 2026 - a dance they will pull off holding hands! (keep an eye out for a future post). So the notion of embodied spirituality will come to the fore and you bet, I'm as ready as ever for this evolutionary jump!

Little by little, I’ve chosen to clear out what feels heavy and shift to drinking clean, blessed, even vortexed water; nourishing my body with foods that are alive and full of light; turning down the buzz of internal and external distraction; and limiting my exposure to “smart” technologies that don’t feel all that smart.

None of these steps are extreme but they leave me feeling clearer, stronger, and more aligned.

I share this because I know I’m not alone.

Many of us are searching for ways to feel alive, awake and deeply human again. The pineal gland may be small but tending to it feels like part of remembering the power in who we really are.

May you be gently guided in the quest toward your innate humanness,

xx Kris
