I am excited to announce that I am redesigning this page to showcase my latest offerings.

 

As I continue to grow and evolve, I have been inspired to incorporate more rituals  into daily life and wish to inspire others to return to their own inner sanctuary. I've noticed that these sacred moments can connect us back to our intuition and allow us to more peacefully navigate the overstimulation we face as we move through this great evolutionary period.

I hope you'll join me for some new moon cacao ceremonies in the Triangle Area (North Carolina) which I co-lead with a fabulous sound and energy healer (look out for one on Dec 1).
